Why would you guys put 2 named items with the exact same perks? Seems lazy or failure of attention to detail on the dev team.
Cause they like to shower str users with useable drops…
3rd perk is different… there are enough users that are shard poor running around that it will not make it to 600 for the 3rd perk to pop up.
