We had issues also. Was the 2 big dogs and the constant fire breath from one. !# times back to back. All he does is breath fire then turn to your location again and breath fire then turn then breath fire then turn. Over and over.
None of us got our Orb for unlocking the Codex either.

Mutated Dynasty Orb vanished in the wind
Any update on this and the aweful loot-tables? Not getting proper legendaries in mutator dungeon is kinda horribad.
The majority of players are hesitant to play the mutator dungeon when Dynasty has been enabled on their server. A lot of people did not receive their mutator orb after clearing the normal dungeon and accessing the mutator codex, and the loot table of Dynasty is cucked.
@Luxendra we are looking forward to your reply and how the dev team will provide a solution to these specific issues
