In the midst of the new Expertise system, I noticed that the dev team is increasing the difficulty/level of the Imperial Palace to 66. While this is a welcome change to those looking for more variety in progressing their Expertise, it may make those who are looking to level towards it (i.e. 55-59) difficult to pass through, which is arguably the only way they can make it to the Shipyard Expedition. Attached is a picture of the regions as it stands.
While I understand that most people jump down to the beach level and run around the palace, I thought it might be beneficial to move the Shipyard location closer to the mainland so players who are leveling can reach it without getting killed by enemies 10+ levels higher than them.
