@CrimsonX this is sadly not solvable, because EAC works on kernel driver level only one version can occupy the functionality. Since BDO and New World are not using the same version of EAC you won’t be able to run both at the same time.
It could be that either BDO or New World will update the EAC version at some point and it will happen to match. But that’s something that can change again with another patch.
Also Support won’t be able to help you here, it’s far out of the rights, capabilities and/or knowledge for them to give you a usefull awnser.

Yeah understandable, in case you’re tech savy, you could try running 2 KVM’s one running BDO and one Running NW. This way both don’t know about each other. That’s how i run New World for example from linux.
VM’s are not the same as KVM’s, many MMO’s prevent VM’s from running the game but KVM’s are not affected by that. And no worries goldsellers won’t run KVM’s since they require multiple GPU’s
i get the same error when starting them in any order, whether i try to start bdo first or new world doesnt seem to matter(i didnt expect it to but i did try this to see if it made a difference)
Repair doesn’t work, I can’t even log in at all. 1200hrs wasted on a game that can’t be loaded now because someone thought this anti cheat addition was a good idea. In addition to worse week after a fail design in mutation based on GS instead of skill. Why you thought GS was a good idea instead of raise Heath and damage of mobs is beyond me but worse is this system carried over to pvp so now you have to be a part of it or your not good in any situation. I hope the new opt changes will address this though in some way. You do understand concept of customer experience right, you maybe a game developer but at core you are in service industry so everything is based on customer experience. Please fix this issue ASAP because if people can’t login at all why are they going to keep trying if the experience is so unpleasant and frustrating.
At least I still had all my crafting and gathering abilities. I could avoid mutations until you learned from your mistakes. Now I can’t do anything. That’s a killer for customer experience. I’m not some new player, 1200hrs may not be most invested player but I don’t think it’s in your business interest to alienate your committed players to much.

@Ags can you please fix this issue? When I unplug my PC I can’t play your game. Thats absolut not customer friendly, do you want me to spend money for electricty AND playing your game? Please fix this asap and please tell your CEO to call me in 1 minute or I sue you all!
