The Ebonscale Reach fort reads: Global Faction Store Discount -5%

I capped the fort. I went to the faction vendor to buy my gypsum orbs, no discount. Changed zones, still no discount.

In case it’s relevant, Ebonscale is marked as “Upcoming Invasion” at the time of my attempt.
