Anyone heard any updates so far? I’m curious if the Zone itself has to reach the max level before it is available? (since it goes hamlet->village->town->city->capitol) when you check at the Territory planning board.
Any high pop servers that have Ebonscale at a Capitol yet that can check to see if maybe it unlocks then? XD
it’s not a bug. Like everfall doesn’t have a T1 house, ebonscale doesn’t have a T4 house.

There are almost 1/2 dozen threads on the topic both in Ebonscale & Reekwater with absolutely no reply from moderators or developers. One sentence could answer all of these questions. Is it intended? Does it need to be unlocked? I realize there are lots of other bugs, issues and challenges competing for attention but it’s really not difficult to respond - even if the answer is: “We know there’s no T4 housing here. Coming soon.”

pretty sure there a large empty house in all towns that cant be purchased im guessing they had plans for T5 or maybe company housing that these closed off houses are for in the future
Same. I just started leveling up in Ebonscale and was shocked to see no T4 house. I’ve been holding out on purchasing a home, because I really wanted a large one there, only to find out there are none. Now I’m torn between waiting or buying a home that I don’t want, elsewhere.
@Kay @Luxendra could we get some info on this? Is this a bug or is there really no t4 housing available in ES/RW? Will it be available eventually? I want a t4 house in ES, but I would settle for a t3 if I knew there was never going to be a t4 there. I’d rather not buy a t3 if t4 is going to be implemented tho.

echoing @darxiide . @Tosch @Kay @Luxendra @HelpfulWalrus (sorry for the repeated pings). I know it’s not a priority right now but we need clarification from the devs whether it’s still worth it pouring and grinding Reekwater and Ebonscale standings for the mysterious Tier 4 house.
Also pls restructure Reekwater and Restless Shore city while you’re at it lol. Ease of access should be a priority for towns and it takes wayyy too long to navigate those cities. Maybe add a long bridge from the Restless Shore shrine > to the ship at the middle > then to the townboard? Reekwater needs a better layout but it’s not a game breaker.

Purposely focused on Ebonscale rep, hit 30 this morning, happy as hell, went to buy my new 20000 coin house and to my shock no 20000 houses there, just keeping this post alive. I see the X on the housing map where I assume it will be eventually but do we have any timeframe. Devs or otherwise please help the community out. Dont let it die by not feeding the masses info.

Bump, please make a statement on T4 housing for Reekwater and Ebonscale, coming or not.
Eboncale Reach has some of the best views. Such a missed oppourtnity. Why put a baloncy on the side when can put one facing the valley. T4 home with large balcony would have been awesome.
