[Ekera] 20k house disappeared after server restart

  • Issue: my big 20k house in Windsward disappeared after server restart, I bought small one in Ebonscale afterwards but that’s probably unrelated
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
  • How did the issue effect your gameplay: well I lost a house and everything that was in it: 4 iron chests and 5 trophies, can’t teleport anymore and my storage is overflowing 2500/1300 or something similar.
  • Were you able to recover from the issue: no

This is a game/economy breaking bug. I’m not touching the game until it’s fixed. Many players on Ekera report same issue.

Exactly the same issue for me on Abaton.

Nothing in the patch notes and live support don’t know when/if/how we’ll get them back…

Same here, didnt get my house back. I mean i cant use my chest and my trophies. What do i do ?
