El Dorado LOCKED for RETURNING PLAYERS?!?!

This issue is happening to my friend in the ‘El Dorado’ world.

Oh Lei tried to log in and he is forced in the ‘Aukumea’ world when he does not have a character there. Please fix so I can play with my friend. He wants to return to the game.

Like come on, how can he return when the server is locked AND he already has a lvl 60 character.

What can he do?

If he hadn’t logged in 180 days, which appears to be true, he was most likely removed from the world as outlined in this post. As the server is locked, he is not able to transfer back in.

So where is his character now?

His character is not assigned to a server at the moment. This post outlines everything that happened.
