- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Syndicate Faction. Shattered Mountain. Picking up quests such as ‘Purge: The Tangle’. If you complete the quest it places the complete marker, but still shows ‘abandon quest’ instead of complete quest in the faction merchant. This affects multiple quests and seems limited to the elite quests in the area for some reason.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I have a stuck faction quest I cannot turn in.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: When the server is restarted it seems to have a positive impact on these quests. If I leave them long enough I can eventually turn them in. This is normally after events like patches. Due to restart reliance this can take a very long time, and doesn’t always fix every quest.

Provided screenshoot were taken 30s from each other. You can see the quest is complete and ready to be turned in, but doesn’t show on the vendor. If I come back in 4 days after a patch or restart I will be able to turn it in.
