Emerald Gypsum for Aptitude not dropping

I got 7 aptitude ticks across 5 kills, and 7 chests today but not a single Emerald Gypsum dropped for me. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am sorry about the issues you are having while trying to obtain Emerald Gypsum. After players have earned sufficient Gypsum for an Orb, they won’t earn more for 18 hours. Please make sure you haven’t received another Emerald Gypsum within these 18 hours.

  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When the green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to your desktop.

I have had the same problem with emerald gypsum (at least for stonecutting so far) I have had several chests for aptitude (and yes my cooldown should be finished) without any emerald gypsum.

I can now also confirm that it is also occurring for smelting.

This is happening for me on multiple trade professions. Might be a coincidence, bust noticed this since last patch.

Since this issue is affecting multiple trade profesions in your game, I recommend you to contact live support at New World - Support | Amazon Games (New World - Support | Amazon Games) so they can escalate your case and check what’s causing this. Take into consideration that the escalation may require logs in-game and DXDiag, therefore have them ready when contacting our representatives.

So far I got my daily gypsum from all refining (except stonecutting, I am not 200 there yet).
The only time I did not get the gypsum was levelling third tick of fishing aptitude, but then I did not get the box either.
