Unending Thaw causes Ice Storm to deal no damage after the first tick.

    Empowering Fireball
    Cast Fireball with an Empowering Fireball perk equipped and without. (the damage numbers are exactly the same)
    Unending Thaw
    Cast Ice Storm with an Unending Thaw perk equipped and without.

I also posted about this a few days ago (I didn’t know about the fireball bug, I posted about the ice storm “thaw” perk making ice storm only deal one damage tick).

There is post about this same problem from closed beta, so this is more than 2 months old now. Same goes for disappearing Ice Storm when swapping wepon and occasional Pillar of Wire appearing under the player instead of the tergeted spot

Yea they fix the really not important bugs.

Game breaking stuff like perks not working, outpost rush not working, invasions kick cause companies to invite 50 people instead of 10, azoth staff not working

Yet they find time to fix stuff like “* Fixed an issue where the tier 3 fishing treasure chest wouldn’t fight back after being hooked.”

Bump, confirming both traits are completely busted.

This means magic weapons essentially got no good or working traits at all in the game.

How did this rubbish even pass QA…

Tested out fireball perk TODAY and made a video about this bug, Empowering Fireball perk is bugged in New World - YouTube

But considering this issue is at least 20days old… this will still take awhile to get fixed.

it seems the devs already knew about these bugs way back beta days since massive bugs have been reported 24/7 by the sweaty beta boys but the devs dont give a fuck or two about these bugs.

read how a company went 21-0 in all of their wars abusing bugs LMAO

Same here on Server Jacquet om 16.11.2021. My Icestorm isn’t working at all with the perk. and my fireball has no damage imrove. Please fix this! SOON!
