Empty screen, no character information and no product information can be found

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I started the steam client, clicked play. The game started, but the screen with the continue button was empty, my characterlist was empty too. Quit the game to desktop. Did this three times. Then I get an “No Product information found, cannot initialize Game. Please contact Customer Service for this product” error.

Closed the game again. Restarted it, then it worked properly again. I can see the news on the continue screen and my characterlist.

Very strange indeed! If it continues to happen, try verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam.

I had connection issues then i verified game files and then this error came up. Verifying files did nothing.
