When will new people be able to join the medium pop server again? Some of us have friends willing to buy the game but are holding off cause they will have to join a random server with not even half the players. Why is this still even a thing if not even 1 server is getting filled up on peak hours. All content under 60 is just dead on those locked servers. Ran around a few towns and I only saw 1 level 48, rest is 60 plus and peaks are around 1200 if we are lucky. I’m not saying it will save the game but it will bring some amount of new players if they could actually be able to play with friends, instead of making a new character on a half dead server where they know not even a single person…
New players can join medium pop servers right off the bat. It’s not an issue at all. Keep in mind high pop servers have only character creation disabled, not transfer. Make new char on any server - get to level 15 i think not sure - transfer to any server you like.
With medium pop server i was referring to those “high pop servers” cause they are not high pop anymore. Most of these server peak out around 1200 or below. Do people who buy the game, lets say today, get a free transfer token when they reach level 15??
I am not sure about that token. All I know I had it and in my region ( EU ) there were only 2 servers average of 1.4k-1.5k evening peak online players that I was not able to transfer. Every other 1.2k-1.3k server apart from the 2 specific ones i was able to transfer to and I did.
Best bet is to contact AGS support and ask about what’s the availability of the transfer tokens - requirements etc.

High pop servers are already having a hard time gathering resources…all we need are more farmers!
So you are ok with 1200 and declining peak numbers just to “have your nodes?” Wouldn’t it be better to have a healty server with new players joining and they just up the amount of nodes? There is literally 0 content being played by players between 1-50 on these servers. And stop calling them high pop servers, they barely fill up just over half in peak hours.
not sure what server you’re playing on, we have a que during peak times. 1200 would be very nice…1500-1800 are our normal numbers.
I’m playing on Barri EU server. There is only one server in the EU (Aaru) that has ±1500 players between 9-10PM. All other hours and servers are way below that number. Since this game doesn’t have big player numbers in general, most of the new players would be friends of people who already play. But hey, if they want to give it a try you can not even play together so why would they even buy the game?
