Enemy Spawn Times <30s & Aggro Radius

Issue #1: Enemy spawn types (zombie types) are spawning way too fast. Before I can kill one or two out of a group of five (will explain that in Issue #2) the first one has already respawned. This is in ANY zone with zombie type mobs (pirates, lost, etc).
Issue #2: Aggro radius for zombie type mobs is out of control. I attack one and seven come running which presents a massive issue when questing AND dealing with Issue #1.
Bug or Exploit: Bug
How did it effect gameplay: This makes completing quests very difficult for solo players, extremely and unnecessarily tedious. “Immersion breaking” if you will.
Able to recover: Not able to recover lost time due to ridiculous spawn times and insane aggro radius getting me KO’d in game.
Step to reproduce: Kill a zombie type mob and watch it respawn within seconds.

I am getting frustrated with the same issue. Not a problem if the quest requires you to kill X number of enemies but its a huge issue when you have to loot chests. Spawn timers are not reflective of the number of players in the immediate area. Now that a lot of people have stopped or slowed their playing, I often find myself alone doing quests in an area. This is normally fine. HOWEVER, I can’t kill enough enemies fast enough before they respawn which puts me in a continuous cycle of killing the same 3 enemies without being able to loot any chests.

There must be a way for the respawn timers to be dynamic in that they are shorter when more players are in the set area, and longer when there are less players.

As it stands, I am unable to complete certain quests because of this obviously overlooked issue.
