When you are in enthomb, you cannot get healed. So game thinks you are still in enthomb after you are out of it but the effect still persists. Resulting in you not being able to receive any healing even after you are out of enthomb until you relog. This applies to ground HoT’s, potions, burst heals, foods etc.
