Ephemeral Seal Shard?

I just looted a new item, an “Ephemeral Seal Shard” off Mordici The Mortician in Ebonscale. Enough of them – one hundred of 'em! – can be combined into an Ephemeral Seal, the rare item for Major Lost Combat trophies.

Has anyone looted these shards off anyone but Mort yet?

I got some green and blue ones. I usually hop between the mortician, ivan, and the third guy ( cant recall his name atm) for my obsidians. Im pretty sure thats where i got mine was off one or all three of those guys.
