Hello, I don’t know if it’s good category to write about it, but I got problem with reward items needed to upgrade crafted pieces of armor from Protective Wyrd/Shrouded Intent Quests. I have items from screenshot in my inventory and i can’t do anything with them for now. (can’t put to storage and throw away). They have their weight but i can’t do anything with them, because i lost armor pieces(I knew it would be useless to wear it on 60lvl). Could anybody from support delete these items from my inventory or just restore armor pieces to my inventory so i would be able to upgrade items then throw it away?
They are really unable to help with these items, however, they are working on reducing the weight as well as some larger solution for the items.

I don’t understand why I’m able to remove non upgraded item from my backpack but not able to remove this. ;x
I believe it’s in the current PTR, so the next major update.
