I got my first epic item about a week ago M.Havelock’s Wedding Ring i then didn’t play for a few days i came back today and noticed it is no longer equiped or in my bags or storage what has happened to it???
just to add the item was also locked

This probably won’t work but…try dragging from your empty slot to your inventory…
I will tell you why…
Last night I changed armour to my leather work stuff. When I dragged it out of bank and onto my character it removed the equipped item but didn’t show the leather work stuff… of course I was pissed at this point thinking it had just vanished…
It turned out to be a UI bug… I clicked and dragged from the supposedly empty slot to my inventory and it appeared.
YMMV but I hope it works for you.
