Equipped itens just disappeared

Additionally, I add two more prints, where you can see the active quests, but nothing appears on the map.

Everything seems to be working right now. Don’t know if the team did something, but it is working.

This is a common issue after server restarts. For whatever reason you get put the in the default UI state. Relogging usually fixes it.
