Still down for me and a friend of mine. Guessing something is not playing nice with the server.
Same for me. Edidu shows unable to connect to the server. I have tried verifying files, rebooting PC. My other toon on Delos works fine, so definitely an issue with the Eridu servers. Please investigate and fix.
Bump, same here, can’t login to Eridu since maintenance, got in earlier today though.
Once again when something hinders a player AGS sleeps, when it benefits them they come in swinging.
I had this issue this morning and now 15hrs later still having the same issue.
Possible “fix”:
Me and a bunch of mates were having this issue. We just kept clicking connect and eventually it worked. Some of us got in after 2-3 tries, some of us took 20-30 tries. Seems random, just keep retrying.
same problem here in melbourne. 3 of my friends are able to play and the other 4 couldn’t.
Tried all the usual stuff,
- ipconfig flushdns, registerdns, release, renew;
- winsock reset;
- disable firewall, adding newworld to firewall whitelist
- verify game file
- restart computer
- uninstall and install the game
In the end, hopelessly clicking on enter game like a madman for almost 1 hr got me in. I may have a gaming problem, but come on.
I finally was able to get in, so yeah keep trying to connect and hopefully you get in

Had troubles with this all day. Finally got in this afternoon.
Then was just doing a Depths mutation and got DC - then couldn’t log in again. Been stupidly pressing play button even though the mutation run must’ve ended half-hour ago. So now it’s costing mutation runs too.
Sort it out AGS, ffs!

why the hell is eridu still broken? if fs server comes online without issue im going to assume most of eridu folks are going to be more than a little pissy @AGS

yup, Eridu went down again 
So it happened again lol but new chars on Eridu don’t seem to have issues logging in. Got to bring in 2 new friends to join me and other friends in Eridu and their new characters log in and play fine, but my 60 can’t connect.
This is not an issue with the game server. It’s got to do with routing and security.
I suspect those affected to be people with a history of anti AGS behavior. As this seems to happen to people who have openly maliciously criticized the game and AGS instead of providing constructive criticism.
It’s like a black list of sorts. If you retry you MIGHT get in.
The way I was able to resolve this issue is by using a free VPN called 1.1.1.1 Warp Cloudflare.

This is such nonsense. I only created this account in order to report the login issues that started yesterday.
I’ve been playing for a year and have literally never posted until yesterday.
This is a real issue and you are not helping. Please stop posting disinformation and delete this rubbish.
