I played the game the first day with no problems. Then yesterday I got the problem. I read that its from the easy anti cheat or the Microsoft c++ program. I preinstalled both and the game started. Today the problem appeared again so I preinstalled and it didn’t work after that I used the verifying data thing from Steam but I had no luck. Does anyone have an idea how can I repair this?
THis is the error, and I am getting it as well.
Any support would be nice.

I contacted the support but they couldn’t help me. The only thing they said is that they will forward the information to a developer. That was on 2 october but I expect it to be a couple of weeks before I have any answer

Instead of starting from a desktop shortcut, run Steam as admin and use the Play button there. it Seems to work fine for most people.

I always start it from Steam but after seeing this I decided to put a desktop icon and try it from there and it worked. The steps were reversed but the game started. No idea why but I can play now.
