Error after update

  • What is your character name in New World: Smthing
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Maramma
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Each time a new patch is released and I update the game (via steam), few minutes after entering the game I get an error that logs me out and doesn’t allow me to enter the game back again (from the menu). If I restart the game I get the same error and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and install the game again

I am so sorry about this weird bug, it should not happen.

Before deleting the game you can try to fix steam files just like a little check.

If you are launching your game through STEAM:

Open your Steam Library.

Right-click the game, and then click Properties.

Click the Local Files tab.

Click Verify Integrity of Game Files to perform the repair installation.

The validation process begins and any corrupt or missing files are reacquired.
