Thank you @JakeL . I’ll try that but the que gets bigger each time. I’m on que #5 now and will have to wait to see if that helped.

Same issue on my 5th attempt. In my 6th que now.

I do apologize for this experience with the “Unknown file version” error that you are facing. I get it that you tried to verify the files and the issue is still persisting, check the post I just did.

Try restarting your computer after verifying the files or reinstalling the game, I’ll be waiting for the response and looking for further steps to solve this situation.

Thank you @Legumi. I ended up having to delete the pak file itself, then verifying and restarting. It said I had 7 unknown files and reinstalled and then I got in on my 7th attempt and had a blast!

I was getting a similar error: “Error Code : Could not connect to server: Unknown file version (assets\datastrm-part5.pak)” every 5-10 minutes once I was playing the game after updating it this morning. Restarting and validating my files fixed the issue for me.
