Error: No product information found, cannot initialize Game. Please contact Customer Service for this product. Anyone knows on how to fix this?
Hi @zyky I can see that you’re having some difficulties with the game. Regarding this particular issue please follow the next steps:
- From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
- Select Network and Internet.
- In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
- When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
- Select Properties.6. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
- Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
- Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
- Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

May I just ask why technically I should disable it? It was working perfect since the beginning, I am having the same problem since this morning. 
Okay, your solution worked. As others have said; it has been on always and now today it changed? What if I use IPv6 normally? Do I need to turn it on and off all the time? Why can it not be turned on all the time I wonder…?
the problem persists, it happened to me today. Out of nowhere NW didn’t want to be friends with IPv6 anymore…
