Error on launch: vcruntime140.dll not found [FIX]

When launching for the first time, I had the error mentioned in title:

VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

FIX: Go to your control panel and then the uninstall programs/features. Find your Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 and hit REPAIR. Do this for both the x64 and x86. Restart your PC, and try launching the game again. If this doesn’t work, go back to the uninstallation page and uninstall both versions, and then reinstall from Microsoft’s official website below.
