Error unable to connect to server please confirm your internet access

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  • Cannot log-in to my character. Constantly getting error “unable to connect to server please confirm your internet access”. Game allowed me to log-in for few times, but still constantly getting this error. For today, I am trying to login for 4 hours without any effect.
    Tried: Switching regions, trying to log-in on another character on different server, rebooting the game, reinstalling the game, veryfing files, disabling any background apps that could affect my network, checked windows update, checked drivers, reconnected my LAN, cleared temporary files,
    cmd commands ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset

sfc /scannow

gpupdate /f

Enabled NW as an expection in firewall.

  • Is this a bug? Contacted Amazon support prior to creating this thread. Advised by them to raise this as a bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Cannot enter game so very much I suppose
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: like 3 times I have managed to log-in
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Entering game, clicking next, trying to access character.
  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) The issue has been with me from the very moment i reinstalled NW to check after a year. Now I am “playing” for 3 days. Time CET

Additionaly I want to add that sometimes game would “let me in” but instead of really logging me in, there was a freeze and then it changed to black screen. After clicking escape - back to main menu.

Also I have just noticed that my character in the menu lost it’s skins that it was wearing. No idea why and how, because I could not log-in to disable them. Yesterday they were still on.

There is a post in the spanish section, apparently everyone with this issue has one thing in common: we all have DIGI. For the moment i’m using a vpn as a workaround to be able to play.
