So if I am a dedicated crafter and want to reach 600 GS in all my 11 slots, it will take me three years using just the daily Emerald Gypsum.
Math: 11 slots x 100 GS increases / 365 days = 3.01 Years
Assumptions:
Emerald Gypsum is time gates to once a day.
GS increased by 1 GS per Gypsum Cast.
They will reset everyone to 500 GS.
I still have to spend time gathering resources/gold in order to craft and get Trade Skill Aptitude Reward Containers (This can easily take 3 hours which maybe be all my game time for the day).
There is no Gypsum reward for gathering resources or PvP.
Town board gives no Gypsum, so who is going to take time out of thier Gypsum grind to upgrade town projects and god forbid the crafting station downgrade and you miss one of your Gypsum daily CDs (another 30 mins as well?).
Let’s say I manage to get in another activity like OPR (30-60mins), and get enough Ruby Gypsum to use that daily CD as well in drops down to 1.5 Years.
Add in a third activity, another 30-60 mins and it drops down to 1 Year.
So with 4-5 hours of consistenly grinding every day (no breaks, no PvP and zero casual play) it will take me 1 Year?
If you take the no lifer approach and want to hit all 6 the Gypsum activities on thier CD, it boils down to 7 months. But that’s at 6-8 hours a day with no break and no PvP?
and why would they resest everyone to 500 gs? you must have problems with reading comprehension. current progress will be renamed to expertise and displayed, that’s it

Your calculations are wrong as you don’t really know how much will it bump with each orb.
Let say it bump 50 for each orb, technically, you will need 2 days for each slot. Also they said that you will need 30-60 min activity to create an orb.
True, I just dont want to think on the worst case scenario TBH, I know 50 will be a lot but 5-10 will be fair. We will see tons of adjustment on this for sure
I don’t mean to be pessimistic but honestly… will we tho? The only action we have seen them take is on duping issues… most feedback has been shredded it seems

You are right though… they don’t know everything but they should at least be knowledgeable about what they are giving support for. Otherwise they don’t deserve the job. and If AGS as a company doesn’t have standards of their support team to give out quality information, they are doomed…
No… The support is responsible to support you with technical questions / problems. Not to help you to get better in the game (learning about gaming mechanics) and to help you understanding patch notes…
