exactly. it’s their loyal base they’re actually hurting the most here, because we lovers of the trade house, are the ones that make the engine run smoothly for everyone.
The irony is there’s nothing to be solved by it. You don’t drop a nuclear bomb into the most stable part of your game and expect it to solve something.
and my God, who are these people that say the dupers made them homeless, so that now a server that didn’t have that complaint at all has nothing to do in the game but chat up a storm cuz the tradehouse went to hell.
Could we get larger storage space since we can’t trade for now? I’m running out of room to hold everything. Maybe allow us to link our storages so we can make full use of each towns storage.
They are still charging us taxes with the traded house down and no real way to make money. AGS could mess up a wet dream.

It should stay closed. Trading btwn players should stay closed. Track down all the ill gotten gains. Who did. Who laundered it. Destroy it and ban everyone involved. Take as long as you need.
If this does not happen the game will lose whatever percentage of players who believe in opportunity parity. I for one wont play a game where the publisher tacitly endorses cheating.
Logan500, you need to go outside or watch tv ro something. You have gone absolute Chicken Little with this and are acting like there has been no economy in the game for weeks on end after just one evening. WoW’s auction house has had shutdowns several times over the years for short periods. Everybody didn’t stop playing never to come back. It was shutdown for close to a week during the Classic transition to TBC. Not due to hacking, but still the economy basically stopped. You could trade, but people weren’t doing much of that.
This will likely be resolved tomorrow or the next day.
It kills mw as I put basically everything valuable for sale for 1 day like an hour before the market shutdown 
So basically I just lost money quite a bit because of some kids abusing bugs 
see the reason a lot can’t play cuz they’re whole flow is stopped and the “problem” is only bigger cuz now the items that would legitimately, and at LEGITIMATE prices, would flow to people, must be thrown by the side of the road. The average tradehouse sustainer’s weight per hour, is 1700 pounds.
not to mention that a good half of these LEGITIMATE tradehouse sustainers will no longer exist after this
@TrevzorFTW being that the trade post has been down for a whole day just about and most of us would have had post up all day that we payed taxes on and making no coin from them due to this will we be compensated for those taxes i have quiet a few post that cost me 50c plus and am not happy with making no money due to this inconvenience?
you shut down the tp, but didnt stop timers, many of us legit players are out 1000s of coin based on tp listings expiring and not being able to be bought. is this being addressed?
Maybe also block time on items already on AH. Cuse U block tradng but items are coming back. Think about it
@TrevzorFTW you guys gave 2000k coin due to housing ui bug i hope something is being done for the players that havn’t exploited and lost 1000s of coin due to those who have been exploiting more legit coin in the game couldn’t hurt being side quests and outpost rush are the only reliable way to get them being that both are limited due to amount of quest/player running content(eg. low pop servers)
I’m happy all these RMT guys like Logan500 are crying because of a 1 day AH shutdown lmao yet they can only complain under false claims. Meanwhile the rest of us enjoy the game, then go outside have a life, and by tomorrow AH is back on. It’s a $40 bucks video game folks grow up and let AGS deal with the cheaters, since you know NO ONE else can fix their game except them.
Let them work, they have brains and are aware of what’s going on. It might be a shit show at AGS these days, but we have to continue HELPING them notice and overcome these challenges if we want a better experience playing their game.
i do agree but keeping in mind decent player feedback is one of there biggest assets they have right now and by rewarding those who have not been causing all of these problems with coin wouldn’t hurt not to mention stop all the gold seller we all know are making money from there game cause we all know there a massive problem right now cant go 5 min with them spam chat on most servers

Funny you would bring this up about Blizzard. as they shut down their auction house in WoW due to bugs/exploits last May. They did the same last year in Feb.
They even completely shut down the Auction house (both real world and in game currency) for Diablo 3, and people still play.
Closing just the auction house is better than shutting down the servers completely until the issue is fixed. Which MMO developers such as Jagex and Blizzard have done due to bugs/exploits being found that are as severe as this one. It’s more likely for players to quit playing a game completely if when they attempt to get on in the free time they have and cannot. Rather than a portion of the game be inaccessible. Since there is at least a larger portion of the game that they can still enjoy. While yes it sucks that this part of the game in unavailable currently. It is temporary, and in the long run anyone who is into the game as much as you claim to be is still going to keep playing and enjoying the rest of the content.
It’s sad IMO that you are too thick to grasp how this could affect the economy in the long run if they hadn’t acted how they did as quickly as they did.
As a pretty avid MMO player myself I’d rather this fraction of the game disabled while they resolve the issue. Than have to deal with rollbacks, or even complete wipes. As has happened in MMO’s many times before.
No it’s not, I’ve played in at least two other mmorpg’s where markets have been temporarily disabled due to bugs/exploits.
Hell, even real world markets suspend trading when something goes severely bottom up.
Yes, at least lift the weight limit or I’ll have to watch Netflix or clean the house instead of grinding my ass off.
