[EU] Multiple-Server | Final Login-Server down? (Infinite queue)

Many people from multiple companies reported to me, that there’s no change in queue position since the last server-restart on Antillia.
It seems the position only changes if people leave the queue. So noone actually getting logged in to the server (even if someone leaves in-game).

So can someone of the team confirm:

  • If the login-server is working as intended
  • If it does, which system is actualy down and not working for the players

Thanks in forward for a short reply.

EDIT: It seems there’re multiple Server with the same problem.

Relogged to fix the issue that “e” wasn’t working after the server restart. Apparently the same issue, cue is not moving at all. :cold_face:

Same i am position 111 since 40 mins+

In my server, some people are on a fast queue, while others are on the slow / stuck queue. GG

Been having spot 4 since restart.

Same on Lyoness stuck in “You are queueing for a starting area” after trying to fix the “e” bug

1380 for about 1h

Game crashed and im 1727 in queue for ages

Me too but 2784 in queue who does not advance

same issue, queue for starting area does not change, stuck on infinite wait time

The queue for starting area is broken i think

for the character creation and for the open world its seem okay

I registered at 8:15 was in queue until now and on rank 1000. The third time i`m kicked out of the queue and now I have to restart at 11k? Are you kidding me? Honestly keep your game I will join when you have a working product to offer.
