Assume a server has 1200 players on it at peak time, of which 50 are flagged up regularly. Another 300 pvp-focused players join, with on average 100 of them online together during peak, and all flagged most of the time. Suddenly the no. of flagged players has tripled in size, and instead of getting 1-2 encounters a night, you’re suddenly getting 5 or 6.
As a result more and more PvPers start rolling on that server because they know they can get ow pvp.
You will find all information in the discord. At the moment, we are looking at several servers and trying to get in touch with the local faction leader, so we can get them on board for the general idea. Had some talks already and one server looks very promising.
You mean Hellheim. Nope. Some people might have rolled there thinking it has more open world PvP, but it’s not the server chosen by the group in this thread.
That sound perfect for me and my mates, we are playing the game in pvp only since the beginning and it`s just so much more Fun, but would love to have more encounters.
same here. I heard there is actually a survey linked on discord according the server pick. It looks like we have to wait some more days until the decision is made.
@Avionics dont be bothered if only a few take part in the survey. I assume some folks dont care and just want to know what the server will be
Please Devs it shouldn’t be a big deal, create one pvp server and let people transfer there or even start from the beginning with second char. Just mark that server in server list as PVP ONLY so PVE players would not accidently join there. I’m tired of KSing… Fractions doesn’t have sense everyone plays together.
Simple solution to encourage players to be flagged for pvp. Give them more % drop chance for rare items. also increase running speed by 10%. since many ppl are asking for mounts which i dont recommend
