Everfall Texture Streaming Still Broken

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Adlivun

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Since I purchased my house in Everfall, when I fast travel to it and attempt to leave, I encounter the same texture streaming issue that everyone was encountering after fast traveling and I can’t interact with Everfall unless I Fast Travel to the shrine in town or logout for 15 minutes. I have been encountering this bug since week 1, and nobody will acknowledge my posts. The rest of the world is fine after this update but the problem is back again with my Everfall house. I have reinstalled the game three times for other non-related issues, and verify my game files daily, Windows is up to date, and I am on a hardline ethernet connection.
