Executioner quest bug

I collected all required items, went to a forge, and crafted the Executioner, but the quest was not completed in my journal - apparently, it doesn’t recognize that I have crafted the item.

Can’t complete the request and receive the rewards.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:

No.

October 20th, 2022 - Don’t remember the time perfectly… around 5-9 PM BRT
