Prior to the 1.6 update the expedition replicas each had unique, limited perk pools. The perk pools made sense based on the expedition that they came out of. When crafting, this made getting certain combinations of perks easier on certain replicas. AGS should revert the perk pool changes for the expedition replicas to the pre 1.6 version.
Right now the only difference is the look of the weapon/armor and that Tempest Heart replicas can be crafted at a higher average gear score.
Speaking of Tempest Heart replicas. This may be too much to ask, but since all of the replicas are not tradeable, why not make them all roll at 597-600.
When I play Str I want to be in light and when I play mage I want to be in medium. The opposite of the replica sets.

Should be as easy as selecting specific replica reagents to choose between PvE oriented and PvP. It’s BoP so it shouldn’t matter if we have a little more control.
I always looked at it from a PVE prespective. PVP-focused players are already complaining that they have to dungeons to get umbral shards. If Dungeon replica’s become too good for rolling they might start complaining again.
