- (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: The run supposed to be a Gold run as everyone is fully equipped, due to the bug I wasnt able to deal damage and made difficult to my allies, which ended to a wasted run(Bronze)
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I havent tried it yet as I am afraid that It might happend again and would ruined someone’s run.

Do you have any additional information on what might have happened before to trigger this? We have reports, but are unable to repro, so any additional information to nail this one down is incredibly helpful! Sorry to hear about this. 
As I recall, during the 2nd boss fight(Aluvium Marl), I was spamming attack(which everyone is doing that) while Boss doing his cut scene, after that the bug happened. I tried to relog still the bug exist.
by any chance, is there a way to refresh my Character to remove the bug? as I cannot do Mutation as of the moment as I am afraid that the bug might still exist and ruined someone’s run again.
Logging out for 3+ minutes should allow your character to despawn which should fix it for future runs.

99% sure this is an issue that is coursed by a desync between client and server, coz it happens allot of higher pop servers and have never happened to me on lower pop servers, and im even running the game with aprox 20ms so i have quite good ping, so maby its just a fact that the servers rly cannot handle that much bandwitch and are failing to respond = causing the mob to completely desync with your client coz the server calculated the mob dead but failed to respond this back to your game client.
Jake is correct, that will fix the issue. This bug happened to my Co-mate last night when we were running Dynasty, heals stopped working fighting Isabella and my co-mate couldn’t do damage or receive damage. The only thing she could do was rez. We finished the Expedition and then left and ran a Mono arena and the issue was still happening. The only fix was for her to exit the game, wait until her character dropped from the game (we were on discord so we let her know when we saw her player drop out) and then log back in.
Once happened in Lazzarus when I cound’t do damage to, only, bosses, and same thing them to me. Quite sure it was triggered when I talked to Cilla the first time (not when you have to fight her), because even the mobs after spawned like a minute later.
This has happened to me recently as well in Genesis, had to restart client to fix.
Yep, had this happen to me in Genesis last week. I put in a ticket through the in-game feedback tool. Couldn’t do or receive damage and nothing worked until I went back to the desktop and waited about 5 minutes before logging back in.
It was similar in my case, but it was on Depths
