Are they going to added more mutation levels or increase levels of difficulty in the dungeons? With hearthgems/runestones or whatever they are and how easy shards/orbs are now the dungeons are literally a walk-through snooze fest.

Hopefully they stick to the difficulty; it was disappointing to see mutations designed without skill in mind, with a difficulty so non-existant that everyone could do it.
There needs to be content designed for top-tier players.
For fun. I like hard content really hard content. I hope they will add something what will really suprise me, makes me to think how to do it and giving up after hours with words „ Its impossible”…

I don’t recall them saying they are working on harder difficulty content. They did mention raids are coming but raids aren’t harder content, they are just designed for more people. Traditionally, a mutation (correlated to a mythic dungeon) would be on par with the difficulty of a mythic raid. Where as a raid might be slightly harder than a regular expedition just for more people. The more people adds to the complexity but not the difficulty depending on your playstyle.
I highly doubt raids will be as hard as M10 and if they are they can expect them to be a catastrophic failure for their player base. A large percentage of their players can’t complete the top end mutations now.
They would be better suited launching raids that are about an M1-M2 difficulty and having multiple difficulty levels for raids if not stratification of gear power across those difficulties where the rewards are more powerful the harder the raid.
This is the problem with new world,there are people who cant do mutation thinks its hard since they dont put enough work on it,going to forum and trying to make it easy which causes game is becoming more and more easy and people are now questioning the future of new world. If those casuals wants to suggest everything they cant do to be easy and if devs listen to them,quality will be bad for people who wants a hard challange and I am already searching a new mmo where the playerbase wouldnt be like new world casuals which is loud and wants everything to be easy or devs wont allow those casuals effect on gameplay.
I hope this at least. After a few gems and the correct gear score the mutation is just a normal dungeon and with the increase to dps coming its going to be very boring imo.
