i have made multiple ring casts and it produces a ring but my expertise has stayed at 576. i contacted your live chat and all they did was tell me to post here on the fourm.
Make a small video and upload.

That will have to wait till tomorrow because I can’t do another ring until tomorrow and it only happens on the ring. Everything else seems to work fine.
