You do realize they permanently banned a lot of people in the last 24 hours right? And even if they come back, their characters are wiped. What’s the problem?

they said the family share ban issue will be resolved
Put their account into a negative of how much gold they had and make them work to get it back to zero!
They will just buy new accounts anyways with a new email.
Imagine logging in to find your at -500,000 gold and need to start paying that off without duping.
And again, it doesn’t matter if they come back. The characters are deleted. Well I guess it matters if it’s super important to you that they pay another $40
Ah yes, so killing a boss that a legitimate group can only kill once an hour at most (maybe twice if you have a very fast/geared group), hundreds of times per hour isn’t worthy of a permanent ban?
Clearly you have no idea how much loot was generated this way, you should probably take the time to inform yourself prior to involving yourself in a discussion.
You forgot to mention the keys that take 20+ hours of gathering to craft.
