[Exploit] Setting up tent outside War Camp gates causes those exiting to get stuck in them (proof of POV included)

  • What is your character name in New World: ohyeahhh
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Yggadrasil
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Competing faction company tried to stop our influence push by setting T1-T5 tents on all five exits/gates of the War Camp in Restless Shores (it works on all war camps, though), causing those exiting War Camp to get stuck inside the tent. You either need to crawl out, or type /stuck to get out, massively inhibiting an influence push. Or, you get focus fired on.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Exploit.
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Trying to push influence for War Camp mission will get you stuck in the tent, either getting you killed, or massively delayed. This exploit caused our 40-50 man zerg to either get stuck, or massively split.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I had to use /stuck, or slowly crawl out while the enemies just focus fired on tents. Or we had to hop onto the shed to get out.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  1. Set up a T2-T5 tent right outside the War Camp gates
  2. Go inside the War Camp
  3. Exit the gate
  4. Get stuck in the camp

Thanks for posting this.

You can use the tents on the back to jump over the fence, it’s a good work around in the short term. Really annoying though.

Question: why is War Camp not considered a landmark? I swear it was a landmark before.

This is cringe and demoralizing. There should be consequences for the members in the company.

Probably depends on the fort.

Anyhow, seems annoying but bumping it so often doesn’t really serve a purpose. It’s holidays and either way they can’t respond 24/7, just give it at least a day lol.

This need a Ban .!! And New World do nothing. A lot off people use deduplication for up her work and thé game stay unbalance. And now its a Benny Hill Game. Thanks AGS
