Explosive Arrow in PTR needs work

The new explosive arrow on the PTR needs work still. Having the old splinter shot animation makes the ability feel clunky and unreliable when trying to use. This is an ability that shoots 1 arrow and has a super small explosion radius all while timing the casting animation does not make sense.

Either increase the BASE explosion radius so its easier to hit or Increase the casting animation speed. You went backwards when you fixed being able to roll out of rapid shot animation but now the new explosive arrow you are locked in place. You fixed Rapid shot but all this work you put into explosive arrow makes it near useless unless you are pumping clumps.

The perk also needs to be fixed or adjusted having a 1 time use empower is a stupid idea. Either keep the % its at and make it aa normal empower with less time or lower the empower percent and make it a permanent empower.

You did all of this work to bring Dex back into the game yet with every patch you continue to go backwards with nerf after nerf after rework that does nothing to the class but hinder it even more.

I wish they had re-worked Musket, giving it an Explosive Projectile (would make more sense for it) and decreased its range in return to make open world PVP fairer.

Bow could have gotten another ability instead.
