At this point nothing really surprise me.

1. Get enough water to complete a townboard quest.
2. Put water in the storage.
3. Sell the water on the Trading Post
4. Go to the Town Board - complete the water quest.
5. Go to the market, cancel your water sell order.
6. PROFIT. You now have the water again.

Well, for the uninitiated you can in fact do this with higher materials and get some 10g out of it every time you do so.

So, put up 25 lumber, get the listing fee down to 1g, finish the town board quest, get 3.3g from it.

Profit. You can literally do this with whatever item you wish to do it with, you can earn money and never lose your resources.

Enjoy free gold and free standing.

I will damn well expose this sort of horrible game designs that allows for such exploits as I damn well please otherwise it will never get fixed. Exposing this is the only way to get it fixed. It forces AGS to fix it.
It doesn’t make it any less hilarious that you can actually. Do this.

You guys are seriously crying so much over spilled milk. Yes the game is flawed and probably has more bugs than most game i’ve seen launch, but for crying out loud, its a darn good game still. No one forces you guys to play it. Yes there are tons of bugs and exploits that needs to be fix but those dont happen instantly! It takes time, instead of crying about ever little hurt you get, how about thinking of ways to help the devs out? make the game better instead of crying over ever little thing that doesn’t go your way like life is supposed to be fair and equal. The rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer, because the rich find ways to get rich whatever the cost, the poor cries about everything and why they’re so poor. Give me a break, Jesus Christ!

Between 2 and 3 you need to open the town board so it registers that you have the resources and ‘sees’ them in your storage, then you close it and put them on the trading post.

i understand that, and for those that are actually doing reporting bugs to get fix, im grateful. But for others that are just crying because they didnt think of the bug or exploit or are upset because others got ahead of them due to some exploits, their complaints aren’t needed. Its not constructive in any way nor is it helping any one nor helping the devs that is working hard on so many bugs. If they can’t handle being patient then they need to get off the game and go outside and cool off for a few days. It does absolutely nothing for us for someone crying about how another guy found $1000 while he didn’t find anything.
