Faction achievement and title keeps telling me to claim them

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Dunnu

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I completed the last quest for my faction rank (Commander) and I got the achievement and title associated to it. I claimed the achievement and also selected Marauder Commander as my title. However, everytime I log off and log back in to the game, I get a message stating to claim the achievement reward again, and also my Marauder Commander title was removed and I need to select it again too. This happens only with the achievement and title associated to my faction (not with any other achievements or titles).

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I need to constantly claim the achievement and put my faction title back every time I log in to the game.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Log off and log back in to the game.

I’ve the same issue; I’m notified by the system, after each access, that I have taken 6 new titles that I have already accepted several times (the number is growing).
