After going through my achievements today I noticed my whole faction section was missing for Covenant/Marauders as well as titles. I started the game green, switched yellow, then most recently switched purple to finish the achievements. Hopefully a staff can check my account and if there is any logs that show faction switching you will easily see it and can fix my achievements for factions. Added a screenshot of me when I was yellow, couldn’t find one for green as that was like 6 months ago, but could look more if needed.
Just checked and my housing achievements were gone as well, I assume transferring servers caused these issues.

Did you try any troubleshoot?
Sometimes verify the steam files, restart the game should fit it.
Let me know if it works.
I just tried that and sadly it didn’t fix anything.
