Describe the issue you are experiencing: I bought medium armor 535 GS. I wanted to change perks from 22 constitution to 13 intelligence and 8 constitution. But i cant do it. I bought different seals to test it. As a result, i can change perks from 22 constitution to 13 dexterity and 8 constitution, to 13 strenght and 8 constitution, to 13 focus and 8 constitution, but not to 13 intellegence and 8 constitution. Is it correct or not? Pictures are attached

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: i bought all parts of armor (head and legs are medium 535 GS, foot, chest, hands are light to stay in light weight). Foot, chest, hands were changed successfully. But head and legs are in the storage. I tried to relog and use the outfitting station in another city.
