Faction board PvE missions don't shuffle

  • Issue: Faction board PvE missions don’t shuffle until after 3 acceptances/abandonments
  • Bug/Exploit: Bug
  • Gameplay Effect: It takes me at the minimum 15 minutes (instead of only the supposed 5) to get a different mission.
  • Recovery Possibility: Positive. It takes me an additional 10 minutes than intended however.
  • Screenshot: N/A
  • Reproduction Steps: Take the three PvE faction board missions, abandon one and wait 5 minutes for them to “refresh”. The same mission that you just abandoned comes back up.
