Describe the issue you are experiencing: Reached faction rep cap of 3000, completed trial quest to increase rep, it has increased my token cap but not my rep cap, recieved a new quest to increase my rep for the next trial, not possible.

I have tried looking online for help and following peoples guides like going to complete the initiation quest for you faction and it will fix the bug, but i dont have the option to do or receive that quest. please help
