So I chose the Faction I liked the looks of only to find that the most dominant companies are non-English speaking meaning I can’t join them and I can’t get into any groups for PvP. So I went to change factions to my 2nd favorite only to have the “You cannot join the faction currently controlling the most territories” message but here’s the thing, they aren’t, they are dead even with the faction I am in.
But even if they were this is still bad, I get the intent behind it but it really, really sucks and seeing as the game is brand new really dumb. People are just getting to know factions, each other, etc locking them in like this so early is just overkill.
I don’t want to join the 3rd faction as it seems to be where all the people more interested in trolling than conquest have gone and so I am effectively locked out of PvP until the one I want to change to starts losing (which is unlikely).
Maybe time gate this feature, give people like a week to feel out a faction or something, not just lock them in to something they have no way of knowing anything about until joining.
