Faction change time?

So latest patch shows faction change time down to 60 days from 120 days. Yet I can’t change factions for another 90+ days.

Is this a bug? Is this intentional? If it’s a bug, when will it be fixed? Some people had to use the initial faction change because they had to transfer servers to play with friends. Also had to change faction as well.

However when they changed faction, that left us out of luck.

I understand that we have to wait but can the time be changed to 60 days as stated in patch plus subtract days from time served?

I have the same issue. Sent a ticket about it, and no response.
When speaking on live chat, support in a way told me they can’t do anything about it.
Hopefully it will be fixed in the next patch (hint hint devs, please fix it)
