So my guild just ask me if it is possible to have a faction reset token or something. They all have their cooldown and I had to switch from Green to Yellow after server merge to be with them. Shennanigans happens and we want to switch purple but they do not want to leave anyone behind. It would be appreciate if I could switch with them.

I totally understand your desire to be on the same faction and even more than that the nice intention of helping the underdog in this server but even if that is the case we do not have an option to reset the cooldown on the faction change.
The latest change on this was to reduce the timer so at least is less the time that will be needed to wait.
