Faction gear downgrade when using faction seal

Hello, The same exact thing just happened to me with my alchemist pants medium, they went from purple to blue and tho loosing stats and the reduction on cooldown. Is it normal?? or is this a bug??? money thrown to the garbage Thanks… Hope you can answer about this have a good day i guess*,?

This happened to me as well. Faabio on Lemosyne. Please fix, this is disgusting. Time, Topken, Money dumped into the thrash. Fix your game, we payed for it we deserve the current mechanic to at least properly work.
