We need to know!! Do you keep faction gear when you faction change? I don’t want to farm all my gear for level 60 and swap later to have to farm it all again.
I don’t care about farming the reputation and ranks back, that’s not that hard. It’s about the gold sink with the gear that matters to me. I am swapping to the least populated faction for more fights.
Can anyone confirm this?

Not sure many people tried this yet… low level gears from your faction are trash and far too expensive for what they do. Only weapons lvl 60 are worth (And eventually armor if you want a mix of your primary stat and constitution). Having to change faction at high level means changing company (unless you have a small company who all agree to change faction and reform the company in the new faction), so I’m not sure many people tried it…
EDIT: Actually, I can try to rush a second character until I buy a faction gear and change faction to see what happens… I will let you know with a next post.
I know somebody who did this - they had to start again from rank 0, but they kept their Marauder Commander gear upon switching to Syndicate
i changed faction the other day and kept all my original armour from previous faction.
Welp… Okay, I guess I can stop my testing now, since some people actually already experienced it xD
